Covers transportation in the city, technician time and expertise, as well as paperwork and business fees. Varies depending on the repair difficulty. A phone with a loose plug or a controller with stick drift would be on the low end, while laptops and consoles are on the high end.
Cost for the parts needed to complete your repair. You'll get links to all parts when you receive a quote.
Peace of mind that your device is safe. After the initial repair is successful, any physical damage to that part will get you a free repair.
Cost for out of town transportation. If your address is outside of 56001 or 56003 and the drive from Mankato MN to your address is less than 30 minutes, then this addon is the flat $50 rate. If the drive is longer then it is charged at $1 per minute driving to and from.
If you need your device as soon as possible then we can negotiate a price. We can do everything from expedited shipping and priority scheduling to overtime work.
If you send me a link to a cheaper price online from a local competitor, I'll match that price and include transportation to repair the device at your convenience.

Most likely, yes. Phone screens, batteries, charging ports, and back panels are all fairly common repairs that go well around 95% of the time. If the phone is entirely unresponsive or has any water exposure then it may be worth considering a replacement.
Yes! Pretty much as long as we can find the parts we can fix your device. Most electronics that will fit on a desk are repairable.
A technician will show up in a work van and contact you by phone. You hand them the broken device and they'll get right to work. Feel free to watch and chat if you have the time. Once its repaired the tech will test it, confirm functionality with you, and be on their way.
We offer a 1 year limited warranty on our parts and labor. This does not cover physical damage. As an example if you repair a phone screen but it randomly has green lines: that is under warranty. However if it has lines and a crack in one corner: that is not under warranty. Instead that would be covered under our Protection Plan.
Once you submit the "Repair my Device" form, we'll discuss the repair, and then you'll get a quote. Full payment is required at that time. This lets us provide the best service we can by covering parts and securing your scheduled repair.
If your device cannot be fixed despite our best efforts then we'll do what we can to at least save the data on the device. If it can be backed up or migrated to a different device then we can move forward with that goal. If nothing can be done then we'll recover and refund the replacement parts as well as the Protection Plan and $50 from the Base Price.
